Terms and Conditions
Appointment Booking & Deposit:
To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit of the total price is required.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel between 24-48 hours in advance, the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
To maintain fairness, if there are three reschedules within a six-month period, a full payment will be required for future appointments.
Lateness Policy:
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, so we allow up to 10 minutes of lateness without penalty.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened, but payment for the full booked time is still required.
Professional Conduct:
Our treatments are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any form of inappropriate behavior, such as suggestive comments, inappropriate touching, or any other form of misconduct, will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, full payment will be required, and the client will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both clients and therapists.
