Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing my practice! My goal is to provide a safe, professional, and relaxing experience for every client. These guidelines help ensure clarity, fairness, and the best possible care for you.
1. First-Time Clients
All first-time clients are asked to complete their booking online to establish a safe and professional environment for both client and therapist.
2. Booking Your Appointment
To secure your spot, a 20% deposit is required at booking.
Why this matters:
Confirms that appointments go to genuinely committed clients.
Helps prevent last-minute cancellations that disrupt the schedule.
Important:
No same-day appointments – I usually fill my schedule 2+ weeks in advance. Pre-booking allows me to maintain focus and energy for every client.
Preferred booking methods: Online booking system or text messages. Calls are often not answered during sessions, as I prioritize the client in front of me.
3. Treatment Expectations
The time you book reflects hands-on treatment, not total time in the studio.
Short pre-session consultation to discuss needs (2–10 minutes depending on the client).
Time to settle in and get ready afterward.
Example: A 60-minute massage may take up to 75 minutes from start to finish.
4. Lateness Policy
I allow up to 10 minutes for late arrivals.
If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your session may be shortened, but full payment is still required.
I always try to accommodate as much as possible while respecting appointments of other clients.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand life happens. Here’s my policy:
Notice Given
48+ hours Full refund of deposit or reschedule using the same deposit
Less than 48 hours Deposit is non-refundable (used to cover the cost of securing the space)
This protects both your time and mine, allowing fair access to appointments for all clients.
6. Professional Conduct
Our treatments are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any form of inappropriate behavior, such as suggestive comments, inappropriate touching, or any other form of misconduct, will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, full payment will be required, and the client will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both clients and therapists.
