I specialise in Thai-style Therapeutic Bodywork.
Sessions are often offered fully clothed and without oils, allowing for greater freedom of movement, precision and responsiveness throughout the treatment.
Rooted in the tradition of Nuad Thai and informed by contemporary understanding of anatomy, fascia, movement and nervous system regulation, this work blends:

• Assisted stretching
• Joint mobilisation

• Restorative, nervous-system aware techniques
I work with the body as an interconnected whole.
Because physical tension, stress, emotions and movement patterns are not separate experiences, they are lived through the same system.
For those who enjoy the nourishing qualities of oil, I also offer Restorative Oil Massage sessions.
While Thai-style Bodywork allows me to work with movement, mobilisation and a wide range of therapeutic techniques, oil treatments offer something different: a slower, flowing and deeply nurturing experience.
These sessions use continuous, soothing touch to encourage relaxation and create space for rest and restoration.
Both approaches share the same philosophy: working with the body rather than against it, but each offers a different pathway towards greater ease and wellbeing.

When you arrive, we begin with a short conversation to understand how your body and mind are feeling that day. Sessions are fully clothed, typically in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, allowing your body to move freely and safely. Treatments are usually performed on a comfortable, cushioned mat on the floor, which allows space for movement. For those who prefer, the session can also be adapted to a massage table.
The session flows like a dialogue between your body and the practitioner. Gentle stretches, rhythmic pressure, and mindful touch work together to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. The pace can shift throughout: sometimes slow and meditative, inviting deep rest and release; other times more dynamic and energizing, addressing areas of tension or restricted movement. I continually check in with your body’s signals, adapting the work to ensure comfort and safety.
