What I offer?

At the heart of my practice are Thai Yoga Massage and Restorative Oil-Based Massage Treatments.

Through an integrative approach, I combine elements from diverse traditions to nurture the body’s innate capacity for ease, balance, and deep restoration.

Each session is a collaborative process, guided by your body’s needs in the moment. Through mindful touch, gentle stretching, and rhythmic flow, tension softens and breath returns to its natural rhythm. Whether your body is seeking grounding, release, or quiet restoration, the work meets you where you are — creating space for balance, clarity, and ease to emerge.

Thai Yoga Massage

  • Thai Yoga Massage is a deeply restorative, movement-based practice that combines gentle stretches, rhythmic pressure, and mindful touch. It works with the whole body — muscles, joints, fascia, and nervous system — to release tension, improve circulation, and restore a sense of balance. Guided by principles of compassion, loving-kindness, and presence, the practice creates a space where your body and mind can soften, breathe, and reset.

  • When you arrive, we begin with a short conversation to understand how your body and mind are feeling that day. Sessions are fully clothed, typically in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, allowing your body to move freely and safely. Treatments are usually performed on a comfortable, cushioned mat on the floor, which allows space for movement. For those who prefer, the session can also be adapted to a massage table.

    The session flows like a dialogue between your body and the practitioner. Gentle stretches, rhythmic pressure, and mindful touch work together to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. The pace can shift throughout: sometimes slow and meditative, inviting deep rest and release; other times more dynamic and energizing, addressing areas of tension or restricted movement. I continually check in with your body’s signals, adapting the work to ensure comfort and safety.

    Sessions often end with a few minutes of quiet rest, allowing your nervous system to integrate the work. Many people describe leaving feeling grounded, lighter in their body, and calmer in their mind — as if they’ve been given permission to pause, restore, and simply be.

  • Traditionally, a full-body Thai Yoga Massage takes around 90 minutes — this is the recommended time to allow the body to fully settle, release, and restore.

    For those who are curious to try, or simply short on time, a 60-minute session is also available. While shorter, it can still give you a taste of the practice and offer a meaningful reset.

Restorative Oil Massage

  • Restorative Oil-Based Massage is a nurturing, full-body treatment designed to release tension, restore balance, and support deep relaxation. Warm oils are used to glide smoothly over the muscles, while a combination of techniques — including Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue work, and elements of Thai principles — are applied intuitively to meet your body’s needs.

    This integrative approach allows the body to soften, encouraging both physical release and nervous system regulation. Sessions can be gentle and soothing, creating a deeply calming experience, or focused and releasing, targeting areas of tension.

  • When you arrive, we begin with a short conversation to understand how your body is feeling and what you most need that day. Sessions are performed on a massage table, allowing you to fully relax as the body is supported and cared for.

    • 60 minutes – Recommended for general restoration or a more targeted session, such as releasing tension in the upper back, neck, or shoulders. This is a great option if you are looking for a full-body boost without specific focus, or if you want to target a specific area without needing a whole-body approach.

    • 90 minutes – Recommended for a full-body restoration, allowing time to address all major areas — back, legs, arms, head, neck, and shoulders — while also giving space for focused attention on areas that need extra care. This duration ensures a deeply restorative experience, leaving the body balanced, muscles released, and the nervous system calmer.

    Tummy work is optional and available upon request, allowing each session to be tailored to your comfort and needs.

    A deeply calming treatment working through the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, and upper back.
    This technique uses rhythmic pressure and soothing strokes to release tension and quiet the mind — especially helpful for those who experience headaches, jaw tightness, or mental fatigue.
